One great benefit for parents is that many of our children’s classes are run as family classes – that means that you can learn with your family for a great bonding experience!
One of my favorite parenting quotes is that “more is caught, than taught”- meaning that your children will learn much more about health, fitness, discipline, and focus if they see you doing it alongside them, not just telling them about it.
Although you CAN take classes with your children, many adults choose to blow off steam with our teen and adult programmes!
